Serves 2
- 1/4 cup cashews (raw or roasted)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup Pecan Halves
- 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil or melted coconut oil
- 1 small pinch salt (I used pink salt)
- 1 dash (literally a tiny bit) Pumpkin Pie Spice (OPTIONAL)
Mix everything in a bowl. Place half of the mixture in a fun mug or snack bowl & enjoy!
Save the second serving for tomorrow or share with a family member!
